I was born and raised in the Bay of Plenty, where I grew up on my family's dairy farm. We transitioned from sharemilking 1,300 cows to owning a 220-cow farm in Edgecumbe, where we are now settled.
With extensive experience in the dairy industry, I started as a Farm Assistant and worked my way up to Contract Milker. My partner and I currently manage a 680-cow farm in Te Awamutu.
I enjoy helping farmers and discussing farm life. I thrive on helping customers to troubleshoot issues with their energizers or weigh scales. It’s rewarding to hear the customers say, "I'm not just talking to someone behind a screen; I'm talking to someone who knows the industry."
In addition to resolving customer issues, I also handle trading in old units for new and improved ones.
Outside of work, I cherish time with my family, including our 2-year-old son who loves the farm. When I'm not farming, I enjoy playing netball, mountain biking, and hunting.
