Shipping and Returns
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Gallagher Group Limited New Zealand cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please ensure you include a mailing address.

Wrong Product/Shortages:
Any product discrepancy must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Damaged Product:
• All damaged product must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service upon receipt of goods.
• If concealed damage is discovered it must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.
• Failure to follow these guidelines could result in denial of damage claim.
Returns:
• All returns for credit must have a Return Authorization number. To obtain the RA number please reach out to Customer Service on 0800 731 500 or cs@am.gallagher.com.
• The RA number must appear on a copy of the sales invoice or packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product(s). The reason for return must also be stated on the copy of the sales invoice or packing slip.
• All returns are the customer's responsibility and must be shipped to: Gallagher Group Limited New Zealand, 181 Kahikatea Drive, Hamilton 3206 ATTN: Inwards Goods.
