Your testimonial, quote or audio which you have approved (either verbally or in writing).
The images and/or files which you have been contracted by the Gallagher Animal Management to prepare, capture or create.

I release Gallagher Animal Management and its assigns, licensees, and successors from any claims related to the material above, including defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights, publicity rights, or copyright. I grant worldwide, perpetual rights to use these materials in any media, including advertising and commerce. This release may be withdrawn with 12 months' notice, but Gallagher Animal Management isn't responsible for removing materials beyond our control.

By submitting this form, you consent to Gallagher Animal Management storing your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the approved purposes and to contact you about this release.
