Gallagher and AngusNZ are teaming up to find one exceptional breeder to take centre stage in our 2025 Weight Worth Watching campaign. This is your chance to showcase your stud, trial the Gallagher Auto Weigher FREE for 6 weeks, and have your standout bull become a national star.

What’s Involved
If selected, you’ll:
- Receive a FREE 6-week trial of the Gallagher Auto Weigher on your farm
- Have your stud and breeding story professionally profiled
- Feature in a national social media campaign, with your bull at the centre
- Help demonstrate the power of performance-led breeding and data-driven decisions

How It Works

Submit your interest using the form below. Applications close 3rd August 2025.
- Selection Process
We're looking for a breeder who has a great story to tell, and a bull with real genetic merit and performance behind him. You also need to be happy to be part of on-farm content capture.
- On-Farm Trial
Gallagher will install the Auto Weigher and support you in capturing content over a 6-week period.
- Feature Bull Selection
During the trial, one standout yearling Angus bull will be chosen as the “Feature Bull.”
- Social Activation
Your bull’s progress will be shared across Gallagher channels and promoted across social media, culminating in a national guessing competition where farmers guess the bull’s weight gain.
Eligibility
- Must be a registered Angus breeder in New Zealand.
- Must have at least one yearling Angus bull available for weighing.
- Must be willing to participate in content capture and social promotion.
