Repair Service
When you receive a Gallagher Product requiring Repair or Service:
Step 1
Fill out the Gallagher 'Service Repair Request' webpage and click on "Agree and Submit".
please note the following:
- Dealer Store (e.g. name & location; contact person)
- Product Owners name & contact details
- Product to be services/repaired (e.g., model: seral no.)
- Payment details (e.g., PO number: pre-authorisation to a specific price; quote required)
- Whether product is under warranty (e.g., provide date of purchase; attach proof of purchase)
A copy of this information will automatically be e-mailed to the store and to the customer.
Step 2
Carefully pack the product so it will not be damaged in transit.
Important!! Print a copy of the e-mail and include it with the shipment paperwork.
Step 3
Send the product to:

Please allow 1-3 days for shipping.
Step 4
After the product arrives our technicians will normally begin work within 3-6 working days and complete within 1-2 working days.
Additional time may be required if:
- We need to contact the customer because the service requested is not clear, or the product does not exhibit the fault reported;
- The job requested proves unusual or difficult;
- We need to obtain payment authorisation (e.g. a quote was requested);
- We need to order special parts not held in stock;
Step 5
After the job is completed we will issue an invoice and carefully pack and despatch the product within 1 working day.
