PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General
1.1 These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Online Purchase Terms , Privacy Statement, Shipping and Returns Policy and Animal Management Customer Warranty Policy and they are binding upon you.
1.2 From time to time on www.am.gallagher.com (the “Website”) we run promotions.
1.3 Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions except where specified.
1.4 From time to time, certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
1.5 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
1.6 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
1.7 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

2. Promotional codes
2.1 From time to time we may make promotional codes available for use on the Website only. 
2.2 A promotional code is redeemed by entering the code at the appropriate point in the purchase process on the Website.
2.3 The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
2.4 Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
2.5 If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
2.6 Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items, and is subject to any restrictions, specified in the offer.
2.7 The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
2.8 If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.

3. Discounts
3.1 Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products and the percentage of discount given may vary between qualifying products.
3.2 Supplementary charges such as shipping charges shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.
3.3 Refunds for goods purchased under a discounted offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Guess the Weight Angus Bull Competition Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Guess the Weight Competition (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.  The competition excludes employees, directors, officers, and contractors of Gallagher Animal Management ("the Promoter") and Kay Jay Angus farms and their immediate family members.

Entry: To enter the Competition entrants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement on the website landing page that the promotion is held, or the printed entry form. Entry is limited to one per person.

Competition Period: The Competition is open from Monday, 2 September 2024 and closes at 4pm Monday, 30 September 2024.

Data Collection and Consent: By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information provided on the entry form by the Promoters for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting the winner(s), and arranging delivery of the prize to the winner's farm. Participants also consent to receiving ongoing marketing communications from the Promoters. Participants have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.

Prize: The Competition prize includes any products within the Gallagher Animal Performance and Traceability solution range up to the total value of $5,000 (including GST). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection: The winner of the Competition is the first entry closest to the actual Angus Bull weight. The winner will be selected by the Promoter within seven (1) day of the closing date of the Competition.

Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (1) days of the selection date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within fourteen (3) days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and the next closest guess weight will be selected.

Publicity: By entering the Competition, participants consent to the use of their name, likeness, and entry materials for promotional purposes related to the Competition and the Promoter's marketing materials, without any further compensation.

General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Competition or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final and binding.

By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Share & Win Weekly Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

Eligibility: The Share & Win Prize draw (the "Competition") is open to individuals who are residents of New Zealand aged 18 years and over who fulfil the entry requirements.  The competition excludes employees, directors, officers, and contractors of Gallagher Animal Management ("the Promoter") and Kay Jay Angus farms and their immediate family members.

Entry: To enter the Competition entrants must follow the instructions provided in the competition announcement on the Guess the Bull Weight confirmation email that the promotion is held. 

Competition Period: The Competition is open from Monday, 2 September 2024 to Friday, 27 September 2024.

Data Collection and Consent: By entering the Competition, participants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information provided on the entry form by the Promoters for the purposes of administering the Competition, contacting the winner(s), and arranging delivery of the prize to the winner's farm. Participants also consent to receiving ongoing marketing communications from the Promoters. Participants have the right to opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in such communications.

Prize: The Competition prize includes a $100 (including GST) Gallagher online voucher. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Winner Selection: The winner(s) of the Competition will be selected by random draw conducted by the Promoter on the following dates and times below. The draw will be conducted fairly and impartially.

Notification of Winners: The winner(s) will be notified by email and/or phone within seven (7) days of the draw date. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted or do not respond within fourteen (14) days of the initial notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
