PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. General
1.1 These Promotions Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Online Purchase Terms , Privacy Statement, Shipping and Returns Policy and Animal Management Customer Warranty Policy and they are binding upon you.
1.2 From time to time on www.am.gallagher.com (the “Website”) we run promotions.
1.3 Only one promotion can be used per order. A promotion may not be used in combination with other promotions except where specified.
1.4 From time to time, certain products may be excluded from current promotions and any such exclusion will be notified to you through a notice on the Website.
1.5 Excluded products will not count towards any qualifying conditions for offers and will not benefit from any promotional discount.
1.6 All promotions are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time.
1.7 We shall not be liable for any financial loss arising out of the refusal, cancellation or withdrawal of any promotion or any failure or inability of a customer to take advantage of a promotion for any reason.

2. Promotional codes
2.1 From time to time we may make promotional codes available for use on the Website only. 
2.2 A promotional code is redeemed by entering the code at the appropriate point in the purchase process on the Website.
2.3 The promotional code is valid for a limited time only. We reserve the right to modify or cancel it at any time.
2.4 Each promotional code can be used only once, unless otherwise specified.
2.5 If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
2.6 Each promotional code applies only to qualifying items, and is subject to any restrictions, specified in the offer.
2.7 The promotional code is not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
2.8 If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.

3. Discounts
3.1 Where an online offer states that a discount is given on a purchase up to a stated percentage, the discount given will only be applicable to qualifying products and the percentage of discount given may vary between qualifying products.
3.2 Supplementary charges such as shipping charges shall not be discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion description.
3.3 Refunds for goods purchased under a discounted offer will be based on the terms of the promotional price. Your statutory rights are not affected.
