Doug Jones

Doug Jones joined Gallagher in 2022 as General Manager – North America, bringing a proven record of delivering results across consumer electronics, automotive, hardware, and outdoor sporting goods industries. Doug leads the North American Animal Management business, developing and executing strategies that drive commercial success and customer impact.

Raised on a small farm in rural Nebraska, Doug holds a Management degree from the University of Nebraska and an MBA from Rockhurst University (Kansas City). His leadership is marked by entrepreneurial energy, global perspective, and a customer-centric mindset.
