Jannes Bouman

Appointed in 2025, Jannes Bouman leads Gallagher’s operations across Europe, including the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Italy. With over 25 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, and industrial sectors, Jannes is focused on developing the Gallagher presence across Europe, working closely with regional partners and driving the adoption of advanced animal management technologies.

Prior to Gallagher, Jannes held senior leadership roles at Royal Reesink and Pon Holdings, where he built a reputation for navigating complex multinational environments and delivering long-term value.
