Born and bred in Northern Southland, farming has shaped Nikasha's life from day one. A proud fourth-generation farmer, agriculture is woven into her DNA. She now farms sheep, beef, and deer alongside her husband while raising their two children, giving her a genuine understanding of the challenges, opportunities, and rewards that come with life on the land.
Her career has taken her from farming to hospitality, event planning, rural retail, and leadership, with every role centred around people. Most recently managing a Farmlands branch, Nikasha built a reputation for her honest advice, exceptional customer service, and strong relationships. Combined with her practical farming experience, she understands that every farming business and every farming family is different.
Nikasha believes good business is built on good relationships, and the best conversations still happen over a coffee at the kitchen table or a yarn at the farm gate. She enjoys getting to know the people behind the business, understanding what matters most to them, and working together to find practical solutions that make a real difference on farm.
