Daniel Loughnane

Dan Loughnane was appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2024 after joining Gallagher in 2011 as a Product Manager in the Weighing & EID category and later holding several leadership roles across product and sales management. Dan is passionate about empowering customers and our global teams with accurate, accessible knowledge to support operational excellence and strategic success.  

Growing up on a dairy farm in the Waikato and earning a Mechatronics degree from the University of Waikato, Dan brings deep agricultural insight combined with a strong technology focus; proud to contribute to a world-leading company based in the mighty Waikato.
