Shipping and Returns
While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time. Gallagher North America cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. We can not ship to PO boxes. Please ensure you include a mailing address. If you have questions regarding a specific shipment or need additional information regarding a return, please contact our Customer Service team at: 800-531-5908.
Wrong Product/Shortages: Any product discrepancy must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Damaged Product:
• All damaged product must be reported to Gallagher Customer Service upon receipt of goods.
• Receiving party is required to save shipping containers, packing materials and to note 'DAMAGED' on the signed receiver.
• If concealed damage is discovered it must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods.
• Failure to follow these guidelines could result in denial of damage claim.
Returns:
• All returns for credit must have a Return Authorization number which can be obtained from Customer Service.
• The RA number must appear on a copy of the sales invoice or packing slip and on the outside of the shipping box containing the returned product(s). The reason for return must also be stated on
the copy of the sales invoice or packing slip.
• All returns are the customer's responsibility and must be shipped to: Gallagher North America, 5005 NW 41st Street; Riverside, MO 64150.
