Megan has been with Gallagher since October 2025 and currently works as a Sales & Engagement Specialist within the eShepherd virtual fencing team. In her role, Megan partners closely with cattle producers across NSW, QLD, VIC and TAS, supporting them through connectivity assessments, system design, onboarding and ongoing optimisation to ensure virtual fencing delivers real on-farm value.
With a strong background in agribusiness, sales and stakeholder engagement, Megan is passionate about helping farmers adopt practical technology that improves pasture utilisation, labour efficiency and animal welfare. She is particularly focused on building trusted, long-term relationships and tailoring solutions to suit individual operations.
Outside of work, Megan is actively involved in community sport administration and enjoys supporting grassroots football. She also has a strong interest in sustainability, regenerative agriculture and how technology can support resilient farming systems and is Vice Chair for Farmers NSW.
