Customer Support Team
The Gallagher Customer Support team is available to assist customers in a range of functions including product installations and set up, providing solutions for customer experience issues and general Gallagher product support. Technical support is also available for our Weighing and EID software applications, including Animal Performance Software. Our team can assist in finding solutions to meet customers' requirements over the phone and through online PC support. Should your Gallagher unit require warranty repair or servicing, our team are well equipped to provide you with high quality repairs and customer advice.
To arrange return of your item for repair, speak to your local reseller or contact our Customer Service team on 1800 425 524. Once our Customer Support Team receive your repair package, within 48 hours we will evaluate the item for repair and will then contact you to discuss a quote for repair, trade up or disposal.
Customer Service Representatives
The Gallagher Customer Service team are available on 1800 425 524 from 8:30am to 5:30pm AEDT, to assist you with any queries you may have. Your Customer Service Representative is your first point of call. Together with your Territory Manager, they work to ensure the smooth running of all customer requirements in their set regions. Our Customer Service team can assist with any sales and customer service enquiries, or transfer you to our Customer Support team for product support. Your call will be directed to your local team member who is dedicated to looking after your region.
