Caitlin joined Gallagher in September 2025 as the eShepherd Regional Lead for Australia and New Zealand. In her role, she leads the customer-facing teams for eShepherd across Australasia, including sales, customer success, customer support, and on-farm service. Caitlin is passionate about delivering genuine impact for farmers and the wider industry through innovation. Her background is rooted in farming; she grew up on a sheep and beef farm in New Zealand and has worked within the livestock sector throughout her career.
