Michele Corso

Michele joined Gallagher as General Manager - Commercial in November 2024, bringing extensive global experience in business transformation, financial strategy, and commercial operations. With a deep understanding of international markets, Michele plays a key role in enhancing business performance and driving sustainable growth for Animal Management.
 
Before joining Gallagher, Michele held executive roles with Fonterra, Waste Management, and Kāinga Ora, leading business transformation and financial initiatives. Originally from Italy, Michele lived in Paris and London, where he worked for US fast-moving consumer goods, industrial products, and manufacturing multinational companies. Michele began his career at PwC Italy.
 
Michele holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a BCom from Turin University. He is Certified Management Accountant (IMA, USA) and Associate Chartered Accountant (CAANZ).
