Hemila Hakimelahi

"With a background in Agronomy and Plant Breeding, Hemila immigrated to Australia in 2018 as an Agricultural Scientist. Her career began at a wholesale plant nursery, where she deepened her knowledge of native and introduced species. She then transitioned to a commercial landscaping company, where she quickly advanced from Contract Administrator to Project Estimator.

Hemila’s passion for agriculture and her experience working with clients led her to Gallagher, where she now collaborates with the customer service team as a representative. Her focus is on exceeding KPIs, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the team’s goals to achieve company sales targets.

Hemila takes pride in building trusted relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions efficiently. She enjoys the challenge of learning Gallagher’s full product range and is eager to grow her career within Gallagher Animal Management."
