Lisbeth Jacobs joined Gallagher as Chief Executive - Animal Management in April 2021.
She joined Gallagher from Fletcher Building where she was General Manager for Innovation & Sustainability. Prior to this Lisbeth held senior leadership roles at the leading edge of applied innovation with Uniservices, The Icehouse, and global steelcord & steelwire company Bekaert where she worked and lived across Europe, China, the Middle East, and North America.
Lisbeth leads the Animal Management business which aims to deliver smarter solutions to make farm life easier, more sustainable, and more profitable and leads the expansion and operation of the company in its key markets throughout Australasia, North and South America, Europe, and Asia.
Lisbeth thrives on providing strategic leadership across the global footprint of the Animal Management operations. “Gallagher is an iconic company with a strong reputation for innovation, a true global footprint, and I’m committed to continuing the legacy of delivering solutions that will make a real difference for people in the animal and land management industry.”
Lisbeth is currently an independent director of BRANZ and Goodnature Ltd. She holds a PhD of Engineering from the University of Auckland, a Master of Engineering from the KULeuven in Belgium and completed the General Management Programme at CEDEP-INSEAD in Paris.
