As Gallagher’s Technical Support Manager, I lead the team responsible for solving any challenges that arise within Gallagher’s product ecosystem across the Western Hemisphere. When something doesn't work the way it should, my team and I are the ones who dive in, troubleshoot, and make the magic happen.
Before joining Gallagher, I spent several years in the U.S. Navy as a technician for the NATO Sea Sparrow missile system. After completing my service, I traded missiles for marine animals and worked at the Kansas City Zoo, where I had the pleasure of working closely with penguins, polar bears, and sea lions.
In 2022, I found my sweet spot at Gallagher, where I get to combine my love of technology, problem‑solving, and animal welfare into one wildly satisfying career.
Away from work, I have a young child who is delightfully in charge of my free time. When I’m not managing technical support, I’m managing her ever‑evolving list of hobbies and interests.
