I am a Software and Technical Support Specialist at Gallagher North America Inc., where I support Animal Management software and hardware solutions for customers across North America. I assist with system troubleshooting, software upgrades, data transfers, onboarding and customer education, working closely with sales, service, and global technical teams to ensure smooth and reliable implementations.
In addition to customer support, I regularly collaborate with sales, customer service, and global technical services to resolve complex cases and improve the overall customer experience. I am based in Kansas City and support customers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
A lifelong animal lover, my passion at work extends beyond the office. I share my home with two rescued dogs, Bella and Izzy, and three rescued cats, KitKat, Jynx, and Ted
