Sarah Adams leads Gallagher’s global innovation roadmap as General Manager – Strategy & New Ventures. With over 20 years’ experience in agricultural business development, marketing, and sales, Sarah helps drive future-focused initiatives that empower farmers with smarter decision-making tools.
Sarah’s practical approach combines deep sector knowledge and experience as a farm operator, with a passion for customer insight, to apply real-life context to the development and delivery of solutions that deliver tangible value on farm.
Sarah supports wider industry initiatives to increase talent growth, diversity and opportunities for the agricultural sector, serving as a Non-Executive Director on the boards of DairySmart, Headwaters, StrongBó Agritech and as a mentor for the Sprout start-up accelerator program. In 2024, Sarah received the Robin Davidson Memorial Award, celebrating her contribution to the New Zealand agritech industry.
