Nicola Harrop

Nicola (Nic) Harrop joined Gallagher in February 2023 as Chief Marketing Officer for Animal Management, bringing over 20 years of international marketing leadership experience across hardware, SaaS, and subscription-based businesses.

Before joining Gallagher, Nic held senior marketing roles at Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, Compaq NZ, AOL Time Warner in the UK and Europe, and with a global leader in IVF manufacturing. Her career reflects a strong capability in building customer-centric marketing functions that drive commercial success across both local and global markets.

She is a Chartered Marketer with extensive experience in strategic marketing, digital channels, and brand development. Nic is also a founding member of the NZ Tech Marketers’ Group, part of the NZ Tech Alliance. Her passion for advancing the marketing profession is matched by her commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences at Gallagher.
