Joining Gallagher in 2025, Mike Wilson brings nearly two decades of AgriTech experience to his role as Chief Product Officer, having led Oceania for Nedap Livestock Management and held senior roles at LIC. He’s a highly commercial operator, known for driving customer-centric innovation and leading large cross-functional teams. Mike is passionate about the primary sector and its role in New Zealand’s economy and community. His work focuses on aligning product strategy with customer needs to ensure long-term impact and relevance. “My focus has always been the end customer – understanding their wants and their ‘why’ is key to success. Supporting that through product leadership at Gallagher Animal Management is both rewarding and challenging.”
