Jannes Bouman

Jannes Bouman joined as General Manager for Gallagher Europe in 2025, leading the company’s regional operations across key markets including the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland and Italy. With over 25 years of experience in wholesale, distribution, and industrial sectors, Jannes brings strong commercial insight and a focus on strategic growth to his role. 

Based in Groningen, Netherlands, Jannes oversees the development of Gallagher’s European presence, working closely with distributor partners and driving the adoption of advanced animal management technologies. His leadership supports Gallagher’s mission to “Protect what matters most” through innovation and trusted partnerships. 

Before joining Gallagher, Jannes held senior leadership roles at Royal Reesink and Pon Holdings. He is widely recognised for his ability to lead strategically and operationally across complex, multinational environments.
