Gallagher Animal Management Appoints Jannes Bouman as General Manager for Europe

Gallagher is pleased to announce the appointment of Jannes Bouman as General Manager for Gallagher Europe.

Bouman brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience within prominent international business groups, including Pon Holdings and Royal Reesink. He is widely recognised for his ability to lead strategically and operationally across complex, multinational environments. His career has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to nurturing workplace culture, developing talent, and driving innovation; qualities that align closely with Gallagher’s core values.

Jannes recently joined the Gallagher Europe Management Team at an offsite strategic planning session, offering an early opportunity to engage with his new team. Following this, he accompanied senior leaders on a tour through Austria, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom to connect with key teams and customers.

Speaking about his appointment, Jannes shared:

Jannes’ formally starts with Gallagher Europe in September. His appointment marks a new chapter for Gallagher Europe following the company’s acquisition by Gallagher Group in April 2025. The company continues to strengthen its presence and partnerships across the region; further leveraging Gallagher’s extensive global network and support.

Gallagher extends sincere thanks to interim GM for Europe, Roald van Noort, for his outstanding leadership. Roald has been with the business since April to provide steady management and offer guidance and stability through the early business transitions following acquisition. Roald’s last day with Gallagher Europe will be 29 August.
