Step 1: Complete this form, print & summit to Gallagher AND attach a copy to the product when being returned. If you require to book a freight pickup please call 1800 425 524.

Step 2: You will receive a quote within 48 hours of the product arriving at Gallagher.

Step 3: You will need to approve the quote so the repair can go ahead, if not call our Customer Service Team for more information.

Step 4: Repair will be actioned and dispatched within 48 hours of approval.

NB: During the process of repair, some or all of your stored data may be lost. Please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.
