1. Promoter
1.1 The promoter of this Promotion is Gallagher Australia Pty Ltd ("Gallagher").
1.2 The Promotion is conducted through participating Gallagher authorised resellers located throughout Australia.
2. Definitions
• Eligible Products: Gallagher Electric Fencing products determined by the participating reseller as qualifying for this Promotion.
• Participating Reseller: A Gallagher authorised reseller that has elected to participate in this Promotion.
• Promotion: The Gallagher Diesel Dog Promotion described in this document.
• Promotion Period: The period during which the Promotion runs, as set out in clause 3.
• Promotional Gift: One (1) Gallagher Diesel Dog plush toy.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01am local time on 1 August 2026 and concludes at 11:59pm local time on 31 October 2026, unless concluded earlier in accordance with clause 8 (Stock Availability).
4. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to customers purchasing Eligible Products from Participating Resellers within Australia during the Promotion Period. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
5. Participating Resellers
5.1 Participation is voluntary and determined solely by each authorised Gallagher reseller; not all resellers will participate.
5.2 Customers should confirm participation with the reseller prior to purchase.
6. Qualifying Purchase
To receive one (1) Promotional Gift, customers must:
• Spend a minimum of AUD $600 (including GST) on Eligible Products.
• Complete the purchase in a single transaction.
• Purchase during the Promotion Period from a Participating Reseller.
Multiple transactions cannot be combined.
7. Promotional Gift
Eligible customers will receive one (1) Gallagher Diesel Dog plush toy while stocks allocated to the Participating Reseller remain available.
A limit of one (1) Promotional Gift applies per qualifying transaction.
The Promotional Gift is not redeemable for cash, transferable or exchangeable.
8. Stock Availability
Each Participating Reseller has been allocated a limited quantity of Promotional Gifts. Once a reseller has exhausted its allocation, the Promotion will cease at that location regardless of whether the Promotion Period remains open.
9. Reseller Administration
Participating Resellers are responsible for administering this Promotion within their respective businesses, including verifying a qualifying purchase and providing a Promotional Gift in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the eligibility and qualifying purchase criteria set by Gallagher. 
10. General Conditions
Gallagher reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to amend, suspend, withdraw or vary this Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. 
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gallagher is not responsible for any loss, damage or expense arising from participation in this Promotion, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Privacy
13.1 This Promotion is administered directly by Participating Resellers. Any personal information collected from customers in connection with the Promotion (including for verifying a qualifying purchase or providing a Promotional Gift) is collected and held by the relevant Participating Reseller, not Gallagher.
13.2 Each Participating Reseller is responsible for ensuring that its collection, use and handling of any such personal information complies with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles, and its own privacy policy.
13.3 Gallagher does not collect or hold personal information about customers as part of this Promotion. If Gallagher does receive any personal information in connection with the Promotion, it will handle that information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and Gallagher Australia's Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia in relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Promotion.
