New customer service representative joins Gallagher team
For recent University of Waikato graduate Cloe Anderson, it was the innovative approach Gallagher has embedded across its organisation that prompted her to apply for her customer service representative role.
Cloe is one of the first points of call for customers making contact with a sales or service inquiry about one of Gallagher’s animal health management products.
Cloe recently graduated university with a Bachelor of Business Management degree, majoring in strategic management and marketing, which she completed while raising her three young children and working as a Tupperware manager.
She says one of the aspects she enjoys most about her role is the constant innovation and dedication to process improvement across all areas of the organisation.
“Gallagher has always been known for its innovation and new ideas, and that’s something I really enjoy seeing and being a part of in my role,” she says.
Based on Level 3 with a team of four others, Cloe supports customer sales and service for Gallagher customers around New Zealand. Part of her role will also see her providing input into continuous improvement processes.
Having started in her role in early March, Cloe says she’s enjoying the experience so far and the team have made her feel welcome.
Originally from Hamilton, in her spare time Cloe enjoys travelling and spending time with her children.
