Gallagher's new Customer Service Representative - Charmaine Oosthuizen
Charmaine Oosthuizen is the newest customer service representative to join our growing team.
She comes to Gallagher Animal Management with 15 years of experience under her belt. “I’ve been working in different aspects of customer service for quite some time now. Most recently I’ve worked with Bayer Animal Health in Auckland and, over the years, have had experience working in animal health veterinary clinics that specialise in large animals, small animals and also in equine. So, I have a well-rounded knowledge of the animal management industry,” says Charmaine.
Charmaine believes one of her core strengths is in improving and streamlining processes. “I enjoy starting with the end in mind and thinking ahead to develop great processes that get the job done while not relying solely on one person’s knowledge or skills.”
Charmaine has gravitated toward customer service roles because she says she enjoys working with and helping people. “I’m really looking forward to growing my role here at Gallagher Animal Management. One of the best parts of the job is the opportunity to get to know and serve our customers well.”
Charmaine is our third customer service representative, joining the team which includes Vicki Spooner, Tina Cleary and managed by Rochelle Boys. A fourth team member is currently being advertised.
When Charmaine isn’t at work or acting in her very important role as mum, she is riding her horse, Lockie. “I’ve always been into horses since I was little. I’m riding around home at the moment while he is settling into his new grazing and hope by the end of the year to be competing in Dressage shows and doing some Western riding too. ”
