Helen has 20 years marketing, brand and people management experience working with globally respected organisations like LEGO®. Her passion lies in leveraging our outstanding brand to act as the glue that builds a globally cohesive culture.

Serving as Global Brand Manager for the Animal Management business unit for seven years, Helen has been a key champion of our move to the single Gallagher brand, and the bringing to life of our Orange DNA in the eyes of our customers and our internal teams.
Helen now leads the newly formed People & Brand team with group wide responsibility for human resources, learning and development, health & safety, culture development, operational efficiency and brand oversight.
