The team provide customers free access to reliable knowledge and connects them with people who can provide guidance on technical related issues – as well as insights into ways they can use their existing Gallagher gear, or potential new purchases, to accelerate their success.

Repair Technician Craig Dempsey joined the Service & Repair team following time working in a Gallagher product manufacturing role so has a good knowledge on product development – and now support.

“We’re focussed on having quality conversations with our customers to understand more about their farming operation to ensure everybody is making the most of what’s available with Gallagher technology.”

Animal Management’s National Sales Manager for New Zealand Darrell Jones says it’s great to have a dedicated team available to support customers with their requests post the initial sale.
